Dedicated Leadership and Distinct Brand Strategies Drive Next Phase of Growth in North America
[WARRENDALE, PA and COLUMBUS, OH – April 1, 2025] – FAAC Parking Solutions today announced a strategic evolution in its North American operations with the introduction of distinct leadership for its two flagship product lines: HUB Parking Technology and TIBA Parking Systems.
Moving forward, HUB and TIBA will operate as distinct product brands with tailored go-to-market strategies under the FAAC Parking Solutions umbrella—a move that reflects the company’s broader initiative to enhance service, sharpen focus, and drive long-term growth. As the parking and mobility landscape continues to evolve, this brand-focused structure allows FAAC Parking Solutions to align more closely with customer needs, strengthen brand identity, and deliver more targeted, effective solutions across the North American market.
As part of the new organizational structure under FAAC Technologies—a global leader in access and mobility solutions—FAAC Technologies has appointed Robert Kempton, its Business Unit Director, as interim General Manager of HUB North America. Luca Bovalino, who previously oversaw the North American parking entities (HUB USA, HUB Canada, TIBA, ATI) and decided to pursue new professional opportunities outside the industry, will support a smooth transition through the end of April.
In addition, FAAC Technologies appointed Ilan Lev as General Manager of TIBA North America and Associated Time Instruments (ATI), while continuing in his role as Managing Director of TIBA Ltd in Israel.
